Plastering
Skimming, boarding and full replastering for new builds, extensions and refurbishments, finished flat and ready for decoration.
Hodges Plastering plasters, renders and repairs homes, barn conversions and commercial buildings. From lime on solid stone walls to breaking out and rebuilding car park decks, one team handles the whole job.
Most jobs need more than one skill. Damp needs treating before the wall is plastered; a concrete repair needs a clean surface first. We cover each stage ourselves so nothing falls between contractors.

BeforeAfter
This cottage room was taken back to bare rubble stone. Defective plaster came off, the walls were dubbed out, and a renovating plaster system went on to handle damp and salts. The finished wall keeps the gentle curves of the original building.
Concrete fails when the steel inside it corrodes. We mark out the damage, break back to sound concrete, treat the reinforcement and reinstate with repair mortars, then finish the surface so the structure goes back into service.
